RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Fashion Frenzy , we are committed to providing the best possible service. Although we hope your order meets your expectations, we do not offer any return or exchange under any conditions. After receiving the package, you have 24 hours to contact us with a paper invoice and any claims you have regarding the product’s quality or the work that has been done. You can do this by calling, texting, or emailing.

The company’s quality department will review your request after you submit it and get back to you instantly. If there is a significant flaw, we may offer you an Exchange  for future purchases in case of any major fault.

    DAMAGE & CLAIMS:

    If the item has any sort of manufacturing fault, was shipped in the incorrect size, or is the incorrect item, an exchange of the damaged item will be accepted. After receiving the package, the complaint must be made within 24 hours  (by call, message, or email).

    Please give us one week for the processing of damage and claims.

    Order Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your order by emailing us at fashionnfrenzyco@gmail.combefore the order has been processed
    • After shipping, orders cannot be cancelled.
    • Only custom orders processed more than 24 hours ago can be cancelled.
